BAITHAK SPOTLIGHT – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By submitting an entry to Baithak Spotlight, participants agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. About the Competition

Baithak Spotlight is a monthly talent discovery platform owned and operated by Showoff Entertainment LLC under the Baithak brand.

Baithak Spotlight is an intellectual property (IP) owned exclusively by Baithak by Showoff Entertainment LLC.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to Solo Singers in UAE or India who are Aged 18+
Participants must provide accurate information during registration.
Participants may submit multiple entries, subject to payment of the applicable entry fee for each submission.

3. Entry Process

All entries must be submitted through the official Baithak Spotlight registration form.
Participants must upload their audition video and complete payment to be considered.
Incomplete submissions will be disqualified.

4. Entry Fee

The entry fee is AED 99 per submission.
Entry fees are strictly non-refundable.
Entry fees cannot be exchanged, transferred, credited, or redeemed for event tickets, products, services, cash, or any other benefit.
Submission of an entry does not guarantee selection in any round of the competition.

5. Competition Format

Round 1 – Online Auditions

Participants submit their audition videos online.
The Baithak Spotlight panel will review all eligible entries.

Round 2 – Spotlight Selection

Only ten (10) participants will be shortlisted each month.
Selected participants may be featured on Baithak Spotlight's digital platforms.
Further evaluation and selection will take place online as determined by the management and judging panel.

6. Judging & Selection

All selections and results shall be determined by the Baithak Spotlight management and judging panel.
The judging criteria may include talent, performance quality, originality, stage presence, audience appeal, and overall suitability.
The decision of the management and judging panel is final and binding.
No correspondence, appeals, disputes, or challenges regarding judging decisions will be entertained.

7. Monthly Competition Structure

Baithak Spotlight is conducted monthly.
A new winner will be selected each month.
Participants who are not shortlisted or selected may enter future editions of the competition by submitting a new application and applicable entry fee.
Each monthly edition is considered a separate competition.

8. Winner Benefits

Subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions, the monthly winner will receive:

An opportunity to perform as the opening act at an official Baithak event in Dubai.
An all-expenses-paid trip to Dubai for the performance, subject to visa eligibility and travel requirements.
A professionally produced music video shoot in Dubai.
Social media and digital promotion through Baithak and affiliated platforms.
An optional artist management agreement with Showoff Entertainment LLC, subject to separate commercial terms and mutual agreement between both parties.

Acceptance of any artist management agreement is entirely voluntary and not mandatory for participation or winning.

9. Content Rights

By submitting an entry, participants grant Showoff Entertainment LLC and Baithak Spotlight the right to:

View, evaluate, and judge submitted content.
Publish, repost, edit, promote, and distribute submitted videos, images, names, likenesses, and performances for promotional, marketing, and competition-related purposes.
Use competition-related content across digital, print, social media, advertising, and promotional platforms without additional compensation.

Participants confirm that they own or have the necessary rights to all content submitted.

10. Disqualification

Showoff Entertainment LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Provides false information.
Submits offensive, illegal, or infringing content.
Violates these Terms & Conditions.
Engages in fraudulent or unfair practices.

11. Modification & Cancellation

Showoff Entertainment LLC reserves the right to modify, postpone, suspend, or cancel any edition of Baithak Spotlight at its sole discretion if required due to operational, legal, technical, or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Limitation of Liability

Showoff Entertainment LLC, Baithak, its partners, sponsors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any loss, injury, damage, technical failure, travel disruption, visa refusal, or other circumstance arising from participation in the competition.

13. Acceptance of Terms

Submission of an entry and payment of the applicable fee constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
